This agreement is between you and Primelink Digital Online Seller, a sole establishment licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai, licence no. 1603034, P.O. 1. This is a test

FamilyDose is in a closed beta. It is a test version, open only to adults we have invited. Things may change, break or be removed while we test. We may end the beta at any time and will tell you by email first when we can.

2. Keep your current way of remembering doses

Keep the way you remember medicines and doses today as well as FamilyDose. A reminder can be late or not arrive: phones, networks and the services we use can fail. Do not rely on FamilyDose alone.

3. No medical advice

FamilyDose is a record-keeping and reminder tool that holds family health information. It is not a clinical service. It does not diagnose, prescribe, advise, or tell anyone what or how much to give. Reminders follow the schedule the user sets and can be delayed or fail. Ask your doctor or pharmacist.

FamilyDose أداة لحفظ السجلات والتذكير تحتوي على معلومات صحية عائلية. ليس خدمة سريرية. لا يشخّص ولا يصف الدواء ولا يقدّم النصح ولا يخبر أحداً بما يعطيه أو بكميته. تتبع التذكيرات الجدول الذي يضعه المستخدم، وقد تتأخر أو تفشل. اسأل طبيبك أو الصيدلي.

4. Your information and your children's information

4. معلوماتك ومعلومات أطفالك

What we collect, why, where it is stored and who can see it is in the Privacy Policy and the Subprocessors page. Information about children is kept only after the child's parent or legal guardian agrees (the guardian consent in the app), and the children's notices explain it. This agreement does not replace the guardian consent or the cloud scan consent: each is asked and recorded on its own.

ما نجمعه ولماذا وأين يُحفظ ومن يمكنه رؤيته موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية وصفحة الجهات المعالِجة. لا نحتفظ بمعلومات عن الأطفال إلا بعد موافقة أحد الوالدين أو الوصي القانوني على الطفل (موافقة الوصي في التطبيق)، وتشرح إشعارات الأطفال ذلك. لا تحلّ هذه الاتفاقية محل موافقة الوصي ولا محل الموافقة على القراءة السحابية للصور: تُطلب كل منها وتُسجّل على حدة.

5. Leaving the beta and deleting your data

5. مغادرة المرحلة التجريبية وحذف بياناتك

You can leave at any time. To stop using FamilyDose, delete your account in the app (Settings, Data and privacy, Delete account); what is deleted, and when, is in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data first in the same place. You can also withdraw this agreement in Settings, Privacy and consents; the app then asks you again the next time you open it, and you can delete your account instead.

يمكنك المغادرة في أي وقت. للتوقف عن استخدام FamilyDose، احذف حسابك من التطبيق (الإعدادات، البيانات والخصوصية، حذف الحساب)؛ وتوضح سياسة الخصوصية ما يُحذف ومتى. يمكنك تصدير بياناتك أولاً من المكان نفسه. ويمكنك أيضاً سحب موافقتك على هذه الاتفاقية من الإعدادات، الخصوصية والموافقات؛ عندها يسألك التطبيق مرة أخرى في المرة التالية التي تفتحه فيها، ويمكنك حذف حسابك بدلاً من ذلك.

6. FamilyDose Plus is free during the beta

Everything in FamilyDose Plus is free during the beta. Nothing is charged. If Plus becomes a paid subscription later, we will tell you before any charge, and you will choose whether to buy it through the App Store.

كل ما في FamilyDose Plus مجاني خلال المرحلة التجريبية. لا يُحصّل أي مبلغ. إذا أصبح Plus اشتراكاً مدفوعاً لاحقاً، فسنخبرك قبل أي رسوم، وستختار بنفسك ما إذا كنت تريد شراءه عبر متجر App Store.

We would like to hear what works and what does not. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve FamilyDose without paying you or naming you. Please do not send health information about anyone in feedback; use the app for that.

نودّ أن نعرف ما ينجح وما لا ينجح. إذا أرسلت إلينا أفكاراً أو ملاحظات، فقد نستخدمها لتحسين FamilyDose دون أن ندفع لك أو نذكر اسمك. من فضلك لا ترسل معلومات صحية عن أي شخص ضمن الملاحظات؛ استخدم التطبيق لذلك.

8. Limits on our responsibility

FamilyDose is provided "as is" during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss or harm that comes from the beta not working as expected, including a missed or late reminder. Nothing in this agreement limits a responsibility the law does not allow us to limit.

يُقدَّم FamilyDose "كما هو" خلال المرحلة التجريبية. في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن خسارة أو ضرر ينتج عن عدم عمل النسخة التجريبية كما هو متوقع، بما في ذلك تذكير فائت أو متأخر. لا شيء في هذه الاتفاقية يحدّ من مسؤولية لا يسمح القانون لنا بالحدّ منها.

9. Adults only, by invitation only

You must be 18 or over. The beta is open only to people we have invited, and to members they invite into their household.

يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة أو أكثر. المرحلة التجريبية مفتوحة فقط للأشخاص الذين دعوناهم، ولأفراد الأسرة الذين يدعونهم إلى أسرتهم في التطبيق.

10. Changes to this agreement

10. التغييرات على هذه الاتفاقية

If we change this agreement, the app shows you the new version and asks you to agree again. Each version you agreed to is recorded with the date and the exact words shown, in the same way as the other consents.

إذا غيّرنا هذه الاتفاقية، يعرض عليك التطبيق الإصدار الجديد ويطلب موافقتك مرة أخرى. يُسجَّل كل إصدار وافقت عليه مع التاريخ والكلمات نفسها التي عُرضت عليك، كما تُسجَّل الموافقات الأخرى.
