Your family may use an app called FamilyDose.
قد تستخدم عائلتك تطبيقًا اسمه FamilyDose.
It is a notebook on a phone. The grown-ups who look after you write things in it. They write which medicine you had and when. They may also write if you felt unwell, how tall you are, and when you see the doctor.
هو دفتر على الهاتف. الكبار الذين يعتنون بك يكتبون فيه أشياء. يكتبون أي دواء أخذت ومتى. وقد يكتبون أيضًا إن شعرت بالتعب، وكم طولك، ومتى تزور الطبيب.
The app can remind a grown-up when it is time for your medicine. Sometimes a reminder comes late or does not come.
التطبيق يستطيع أن يذكّر أحد الكبار عندما يحين وقت دوائك. أحيانًا يأتي التذكير متأخرًا أو لا يأتي.
The app is not a doctor. It does not decide anything about you.
التطبيق ليس طبيبًا. هو لا يقرر أي شيء عنك.
You do not have your own account. You do not need to do anything.
ليس لك حساب خاص بك. لا تحتاج إلى فعل أي شيء.
Who can read the notes about you? The grown-ups in your family that your parent has chosen. Sometimes your parent shows a part to someone who helps, like a teacher or a nurse.
من يستطيع قراءة ما كُتب عنك؟ الكبار في عائلتك الذين اختارهم أحد والديك. أحيانًا يُري أحد والديك جزءًا منها لشخص يساعد، مثل معلّم أو ممرّضة.
Nobody uses your notes to show you adverts. Nobody sells them.
لا أحد يستخدم ما كُتب عنك ليعرض عليك إعلانات. لا أحد يبيعه.
Your parent can ask us to delete your notes.
أحد والديك يستطيع أن يطلب منا حذف ما كُتب عنك.
