These are the exact words each consent in the app shows, version 1. When you agree or withdraw, the app records the date, the version and a fingerprint of these words, so there is a record of what you saw. You can see, give or withdraw each one in the app: Settings, Data and privacy, Privacy and consents.

Beta Participation Agreement

اتفاقية المشاركة في النسخة التجريبية

FamilyDose is in a closed beta: a test version for invited adults. Keep the way you remember doses today as well, because a reminder can be late or not arrive. FamilyDose gives no medical advice. Plus is free during the beta. You can leave at any time, and delete your account in Settings. The Beta Participation Agreement explains how personal and children's information is handled and who to ask. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It does not replace the guardian consent or the scan consent.

Keeping a child's health information (guardian consent)

حفظ المعلومات الصحية لطفل (موافقة الوصي)

Asked before a child (a patient under 18) is added, and once for each child already in a household. The adult also chooses "Parent" or "Legal guardian".

تُطلب قبل إضافة طفل (مريض دون 18 سنة)، ومرة واحدة لكل طفل موجود في الأسرة. ويختار البالغ أيضاً "أحد الوالدين" أو "الوصي القانوني".

I am this child's parent or legal guardian. I agree that FamilyDose keeps this child's health information (medicines, doses, symptoms, measurements, vaccinations and documents) in this household's shared record, where the adults I invite can see it and add to it. I have read the children's notice. I can withdraw this in Settings, Privacy and consents.

أنا أحد والدَي هذا الطفل أو وصيّه القانوني. أوافق على أن يحفظ FamilyDose المعلومات الصحية لهذا الطفل (الأدوية والجرعات والأعراض والقياسات والتطعيمات والمستندات) في السجل المشترك لهذه الأسرة، حيث يمكن للبالغين الذين أدعوهم الاطلاع عليها والإضافة إليها. قرأت إشعار الأطفال. يمكنني سحب هذه الموافقة من الإعدادات، الخصوصية والموافقات.

Entering information for the children (caregiver confirmation)

Asked once per household of a member with restricted access, before they add to a child's record.

يُطلب مرة واحدة في كل أسرة من العضو ذي الصلاحية المحدودة، قبل أن يضيف إلى سجل طفل.

I am entering information about this household's children on behalf of their parent or legal guardian, who invited me. I can withdraw this in Settings, Privacy and consents.

أُدخل معلومات عن أطفال هذه الأسرة نيابةً عن أحد والديهم أو وصيّهم القانوني الذي دعاني. يمكنني سحب ذلك من الإعدادات، الخصوصية والموافقات.

Reading a photo more closely (cloud scan)

قراءة الصورة بدقة أكبر (القراءة السحابية)

Asked before the first closer reading, and again if these words change.

تُطلب قبل أول قراءة بدقة أكبر، ومرة أخرى إذا تغيّرت هذه الكلمات.

To read a photo or file more closely, FamilyDose sends the image to OpenAI in the United States, outside the UAE, and gets back the text it read. You check every field before anything is saved. You can turn this off in Settings, Data and privacy.

لقراءة صورة أو ملف بدقة أكبر، يرسل FamilyDose الصورة إلى OpenAI في الولايات المتحدة، خارج الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ويستلم النص الذي قرأته. تتحقق أنت من كل خانة قبل حفظ أي شيء. يمكنك إيقاف ذلك من الإعدادات، البيانات والخصوصية.

Emails from FamilyDose can contain patient names and medicine names. Email is not end-to-end encrypted. You can hide medicine names or turn email off in Settings.

قد تحتوي رسائل البريد الإلكتروني من FamilyDose على أسماء المرضى وأسماء الأدوية. البريد الإلكتروني ليس مشفّراً من طرف إلى طرف. يمكنك إخفاء أسماء الأدوية أو إيقاف البريد الإلكتروني من الإعدادات.

Sharing a care card by link

مشاركة بطاقة الرعاية عبر رابط

Shown above "Create link" every time a link is made.

تُعرض فوق زر "إنشاء رابط" في كل مرة يُنشأ فيها رابط.

Anyone with this link can see this card, with the sections you chose, until the link ends or you revoke it.

يستطيع أي شخص لديه هذا الرابط رؤية هذه البطاقة، بالأقسام التي اخترتها، حتى ينتهي الرابط أو تلغيه.
