FamilyDose Plus Subscription Terms

What changed in this version

• New document. Version 1 of the Terms had two short paragraphs on cost and subscriptions.
• Prices, trials, what Plus includes and what stays free are taken from the pricing page and the app as they stand today.
• Billing is not built yet. Everything about billing says "when Plus goes on sale".
• The operator is now Primelink Digital Online Seller, a sole establishment licensed in Dubai.
• Telegram alerts were removed from Plus, and the growth charts are described as they now are.

1. Plus is optional and not on sale yet

FamilyDose has a free tier and an optional paid tier, FamilyDose Plus.

Plus is not available to buy yet, and nothing is charged. When Plus goes on sale, it will be sold through Apple in-app purchase. These terms will apply from that day. [CONFIRM: review this whole document against the final billing build before Plus goes on sale]

These terms are part of the FamilyDose Terms of Service.

2. Prices

3. What Plus includes

As listed on the pricing page:

• Up to 5 full members, plus unlimited restricted members who can log doses
• More than one household
• Full Summary and insights history
• A Summary PDF report you can choose to share with a doctor
• More than one Care Card link, and the insurance card image on the card
• Automatic follow-up reminders after the dose-time one
• Alerts to a second email address
• Unlimited cloud scan readings (Free includes 15 a month)
• Vaccination records
• Save and share growth charts

Plus does not change what FamilyDose is. It is a record-keeping and reminder tool that holds family health information. It is not a clinical service. It does not diagnose, prescribe, advise, or tell anyone what or how much to give. Reminders follow the schedule the user sets and can be delayed or fail, with or without Plus.

4. What stays free

• Unlimited medicines and patients in one household
• A shared record every caregiver can see and update
• Dose and symptom logging, including as-needed doses
• Scanning a label to add a medicine, with your confirmation: unlimited on your phone, and 15 cloud readings a month per household
• 1 owner plus up to 2 restricted members
• A reminder at every dose time, with snooze
• An alert when a scheduled dose is not logged, and the optional temperature alert
• Notifications by push and by email to your sign-in address
• Growth tracking with the WHO reference curves (view)
• A care card for each person, as a PDF and one link per person
• A 7-day preview of Summary and insights
• Full export of your own data
• Deleting your account and your data

The reminder at dose time, the alert when a scheduled dose is not logged, the temperature alert, export and deletion are not part of Plus and will not be moved into Plus. [CONFIRM: owner decision that this commitment can be stated]

5. Free trials

• The monthly plan starts with a 1-month free trial.
• The annual plan starts with a 3-month free trial for anyone who subscribes in the first year after launch.
• When a trial ends, the subscription starts and Apple charges the price of the plan you chose, unless you cancelled before the trial ended.

6. Automatic renewal

Both plans renew automatically unless you cancel. The monthly plan renews each month. The annual plan renews each year. Apple charges the payment method on your Apple account at each renewal.

7. How to cancel

You cancel in your Apple account subscriptions settings at any time. On an iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, FamilyDose. [CONFIRM: current iOS path]

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for.

We cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you. Deleting your FamilyDose account or the app does not cancel it.

8. Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules. To ask for a refund, use Apple's "Report a Problem" page or contact Apple Support. We cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases ourselves.

9. If you stop paying

Your data stays. Plus features lock, and you keep everything on the free tier. You can export all of it at any time.

10. Price changes

We may change the price of Plus. A new price does not apply to a period you already paid for. If the price of your plan goes up, you will be told before the next renewal and you can cancel before it applies. Apple's rules decide how you are told and whether you must agree to the new price. 11. Changes to what Plus includes

We may add features to Plus. If we remove a Plus feature or move a free feature into Plus, we will tell you before it happens. [CONFIRM: owner decision; the earlier Terms promised that nothing free would later become paid, and a held change would limit free accounts to one phone]
