Your Data Rights and How to Use Them

Beta version. This document has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

Version 2.0

Date: 2026-10-18

What changed in this version

Three ways to use your rights

  1. In the app: Settings, Data and privacy. Most things happen at once, without waiting for us.
  2. By email to privacy@familydose.app, from your account's email address if you have an account.
  3. On the web, without the app: a deletion request at https://familydose.app/support#delete-account.

Using your rights is free and never changes the service you get. FamilyDose is operated by Primelink Digital Online Seller, Dubai; our privacy officer reads privacy@familydose.app.

How we confirm it is you

[CONFIRM: identity check process. Proposed:]

How long it takes

We answer within 30 days. Where a law sets a shorter time, we meet it, for example 15 days in Brazil for a request for confirmation or a full copy where the LGPD requires it. Where a law allows longer, such as 45 days under US state laws, we still aim for 30 days and tell you if we need more time and why.

If you are not happy with our answer

Tell us and we will look again (an appeal). You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live. The Privacy Policy, section 14, lists the authority for each region, for example the UAE Data Office in the United Arab Emirates, SDAIA in Saudi Arabia, the ANPD in Brazil, the Data Protection Board of India, the PIPC in South Korea, the Commission d'accès à l'information in Quebec, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, and your state attorney general or the FTC in the United States.
